Where is your studio located?
We do most of the photography session at the comfort of your home. All necessary equipments and props will be provided according to the session. To check availability, please contact us directly.

How do I know if I should be taking up newborn photography or baby photography session for my baby?
Newborn photography is meant for newly born babies who are less than 2 weeks old. We only take newborn sessions at your home to reduce travelling for the baby. Our props are unique to different stages, and it is ideal to use them only when they are suitable.

Can we make our own photo selection?
Yes, once all the images are touched up, they will be upload in a private album for your choice of selection.

How many photos can we expect to see from the session?
The number of images which we can produce depends on the session and the baby’s mood. Usually, it will range between 30-50 images per session. Sometimes it can be more, but we won’t be able to commit as the session is by the duration of the session.

How do I book your session?
You can book our session through our contact page. For blocking of dates for your photo session, we only require some simple information, no deposit is needed.

When is the best time to book the photo session?
Ideally, you should do this at least 2 weeks in advance.

When can we receive the digital images?
It will take us around a week to finish the retouch work.

I want to order some prints, how do I go about doing it?
You will be assigned to our secure gateway where you can choose from a range of products which we offer. Currently we accept Bank transfer and Paypal.

Can we arrange a meeting to see you before the photography session?
Yes, you can arrange a meet up with us for discussion at a convenient time.

The images on the CD takes a long time to load in photo kiosk/computer
If the images can be read on your computer, you may like to approach the photo counter staff as they maybe be able to help you via a desktop instead. The images may take longer to load due to the larger file size.

The image look darker after we print with photo kiosk
Check with the counter staff if they have done any adjustments. Before printing, always indicate that you do not need any adjustments on the images. For print quality, we do not warrant any defects on prints which are not order from us.
