I’ll get to look around my client’s home whenever there is a break. And it is amazing because every family is different and expresses their love and bond differently. I was really captivated by daddy and his little boy having their time together in a numeric activity which helps foster a child’s early development in numbers and foster better relationship.

It is a rare sight to see a child getting indulged without noticing my presence and camera’s shutter. So I moved around taking a few photographs for their family while they are having time together.

Getting a family photograph like this can be as simple as posing everyone but the essence is really about you being yourself with your family. And it is definitely worthwhile having it printed and hang on your wall for your memories.

This is also the picture which the Koh family has gotten for their wall. I really love the mood of the photo because it was taken during late evening and their home is filled with beautiful natural light.

I’ve been photographing family in this way in this way since early 2011. It is much more relaxing and natural to see clients having fun than having a pose shot. To add on, it works for the majority as well. This is also known as lifestyle photography or lifestyle family photography.
